Comprehensive Building Management (Cleaning, Security, Facility Management, Construction, District Heating and Cooling Operation Management, etc.) This job involves cleaning various areas within facilities and buildings. You will use different cleaning tools depending on the task, such as cloths for sinks and other water-related areas, and brooms or vacuum cleaners for floors. Additionally, it’s important to choose the appropriate cleaning detergent depending on the area and the frequency of dirt buildup. As you become more familiar with the job, you may also use automatic cleaning machines for floor cleaning. ビル総合管理業（清掃、警備、設備管理、建設工事、地域冷暖房運転管理など） 施設や館内の各箇所を清掃する仕事です。 シンクや水回りには雑巾、フロア掃除には、ほうきや掃除機など、掃除用具を使い分けて清掃をします。 また、清掃箇所や汚れの頻度により、使用する洗剤が異なるので注意が必要です。 慣れてきたら、自動洗浄機を使用してフロアの清掃にあたることもあります。雇用形態
